Steve and his team are focused on core IT systems engineering within the telephony technologies, contact center technologies, and network technologies areas. Steve has lectured internationally on knowledge management and other IT disciplines, and has been published in Support World magazine. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in IT from the University of Phoenix.
