Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The customer may cancel without penalty on or before August 31, 2012, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and attendees canceling after September 28, 2012, will be charged the full conference rate. This cancellation policy applies to both conference and pre-conference workshop registrations.
