Hotel guest rooms will be held at the special conference rate of $199 until September 25, 2012, or until they sell out, and will be based upon availability after this date. A first night's deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card. Reservations must be canceled forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of the first night's deposit.

The Gaylord Texan has a $15.00 per day, per room resort fee that will be posted to your account upon check-in. This fee includes:

• High-speed internet access in each guest's room;
• Wireless internet access in the atriums;
• Local phone calls up to twenty (20) minutes ($0.10/minute thereafter);
• Toll-free and credit card calls up to twenty (20) minutes ($0.10/minute thereafter);
• Bottled water (two bottles per room, per day);
• Daily newspaper; and 
• Access to the resort's state-of-the-art Fitness Center.

Directions and Transportation

The Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center is located deep in the heart of Texas, yet it near everywhere you want to be. Gaylord Texan is just six-minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Shuttle service and car service are available from either airport to the hotel. Hertz is a Gaylord Hotels preferred partner for car rentals.

Travel by Air

The Gaylord Texan is accessible via a direct flight from most major US cities into the nearby Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. From there, grab a shuttle ($13) or a taxi (approximately $25) to the hotel, or contact one of the transportation providers listed below. If you're renting a car, print the Driving Directions from the Airport.

Official Conference Airline

Delta Airlines is the official carrier for the conference. To take advantage of special discounted fares, make your reservations either online or by phone (800.328.1111). When booking online, select "Meeting Event Code" and enter the meeting code NM8RV in the box provided on the "Search Flight" page. For reservations made over the phone, please note that there is a direct-ticketing fee for booking through the reservation number above.

Parking at the Gaylord Texan is $17 (plus tax) per day for overnight self-parking, $24 (plus tax) per day for overnight valet parking. Guests with a handicapped placard or license plate may use valet parking for the self-parking price.

Self-parking:

• 0–4 hours: $12 (plus tax)
• 4+ hours (and overnight): $17 (plus tax)

Valet parking:

• Daily: $20 (includes tax)
• Overnight: $24 (plus tax)
