About the Speaker

Mark Sanborn is the president of Sanborn & Associates, Inc. He has written or coauthored eight books and is the author of more than two dozen videos and audio training programs on leadership, change, teamwork, and customer service. In 2007, he was awarded the Ambassador of Free Enterprise Award by Sales & Marketing Executives International. Mark Sanborn lives in Highlands Ranch, CO, with his wife and two sons.

About the Speaker

Steve Uzzell got his start in the photography business thirty-five years ago as the assistant to the editor of National Geographic and a member of their photographic staff. His editorial work has been published in over editorial publications, and he has also photographed two books. In any project he undertakes, Steve’s preparation lays the foundation for magic to happen: “After all, our eyes will only ever see what our mind is prepared to comprehend.”
